About the Role

What’s the Role

  • Performance Marketing Lead for the Company

  • Enable us to successfully self-publish casual, hybrid and hyper casual games.

  • Manage holistic marketing efforts across multiple marketing channels.

  • Drive profitable, scalable user acquisition through performance marketing on social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, search platforms including Google– Search, YouTube, and Apple as well other channels and other emerging channels including Influencer Networks.

  • Assist in building the LTV to CAC framework, continually seek to optimize ROI on marketing spend.

  • Build out the annual marketing budgets and spending plans.uild channel specific paid strategy for multiple products and drive efficient ad spend across a number of digital and offline channels in order to impact customer acquisition KPIs such as CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM.

  • Segment, target, acquire, re-target and optimize player acquisition across a coordinated growth strategy through all marketing channels and sources.

  • Implement robust A/B testing implement thoughtful experiments that create a seamless and ideal player journey, and continually drive improvements in CACs.

  • Manage selection and implementation of third-party tools, data, and other services.

  • Collaborate with design team on writing and implementing advertising copy for display/search ads, landing pages etc.

Requirements

We are looking for an accomplished performance marketing expert that can come in and make an immediate impact and grow into a leadership role over time. 

  • You are at the top of your game and have 5+ years experience in performance marketing, gained at leading mobile free2play studios/publishers and have a deep understanding of the end-to-end marketing process for mobile games/applications.

  • You have a deep understanding of the product life-cycle of a mobile free2play game and understand how to validate product market fit at an early stage from concept through to soft and global launch.

  • You have managed the growth marketing of free2play hit games and understand how to scale the paid UA of a game profitably.

  • Your knowledge of mobile product marketing and performance marketing is truly exceptional and you have a deep understanding of mobile free2play metrics and how to influence them to improve marketability, drive down CACs and increase profitability.

  • You are highly numerate and analytical with legendary problem solving capabilities.

  • You are a self-starter, results driven and an impact player.

  • Proven Leader: 5+ years senior performance marketing experience at a leading studio/publisher with at least 2 top grossing games in your portfolio.

  • Team Player: collaborates well with other members of the studio and leadership teams to get results.

  • Excellent Communicator: able to clearly communicate all aspects of marketing performance at a leadership and company wide level.

  • Highly Analytical mindset and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret performance data, analyze campaign ROI goals, and make adjustments to key performance drivers.
