GAME DESIGNER
Who We are After
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join us at Electric Manta as a Game Designer for our mobile projects. This role will work closely with the remote game development teams on Hybrid Casual games. You are a prolific game designer with excellent market knowledge, you leave and breath mobile games and are adept at analysing the game mechanics used within them to drive acquisition, engagement and monetisation. You are fast but produce quality first time executions. You eat creativity for nourishment and you breathe passion for your subject matter. You want to see everything you create come to life!
What’s the Role?
Work within a highly skilled team and individually on key internal games and prototypes
Help define and refine ideation, concepting and design processes
Produce quick and detailed mock-ups and designs for hybrid casual mobile games
Work with the game teams to help create innovative game designs
Give and receive feedback to iterate and improve design work until it is signed off
Understanding where to make the best use of your time
Keep up to date with the mobile game market trends and new technologies
Key Skills and Requirements
Proven experience working on two successful mobile/F2P projects (in last 3 years)
Skills in Unity
3+ years of mobile game design experience, excellent knowledge of core gameplay design, level design, game economy design
Excellent communication skills
Good sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to details
Follows new game/media/technology/design trends and loves learning new things
Excellent teamwork skills
